ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES PROVIDED

TOWING TO NEAREST DEALER
If your vehicle gets stuck on a legal roadway in the sand, mud, or snow, or, if your vehicle was in a crash and cannot be driven, have it towed to the nearest Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac dealer.

FLAT TIRE CHANGE
Call Roadside Assistance for help to change a flat tire with the spare or assist with the inflator kit. The spare tire, if equipped, must be in good condition and properly inflated. The owner is responsible for the repair or replacement of the tire if it is not covered by a warranty.

LOCKOUT SERVICE
If you get locked out of your vehicle, our operators will send service to unlock your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac. A remote unlock may be available if you have OnStar. For security reasons, the driver must present identification before this service is provided. The costs for a new key and labor to create it are not covered.

24/7 TOLL-FREE PHONE ASSISTANCE
When calling Roadside Assistance, have the following information ready:
- Your name, home address, and telephone number
- Telephone number of your location, if applicable
- Location of the vehicle
- Model, year, color, and license plate number of the vehicle
- Odometer reading
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Delivery date of the vehicle
- Description of problem

EMERGENCY FUEL DELIVERY
Roadside Assistance will provide delivery of enough fuel (up to $5) for your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac vehicle to be driven to the nearest gas station.

BATTERY JUMP START
Call Roadside Assistance to help jump-start a dead battery. Make sure you have location information ready when you contact Roadside Assistance for service.
VEHICLE WARRANTY COVERAGE
The services listed above are provided for active OnStar® subscribers for up to 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first (6 years/70,000 miles, whichever comes first, for 2013 and newer Cadillac vehicles; 5 years/60,000 miles for 2016 and newer Chevrolet and GMC vehicles, 5 years/60,000 miles for 2020 and newer Buick vehicles) from the date of new-vehicle purchase. Even better, your vehicle is protected within the U.S. regardless of who is driving.
For vehicles 5 years or older with more than 60,000 miles from the date of new-vehicle purchase (6 years/70,000 miles for 2013 and newer Cadillac vehicles; 5 years/60,000 miles for 2016 Chevrolet and GMC vehicles, 5 years/60,000 miles for 2020 and newer Buick vehicles), Roadside Assistance is pleased to assist you in contacting a roadside service provider to help take care of your needs.
Costs incurred for specific roadside services performed are the responsibility of the vehicle owner/driver.
